Terms of Use — Doza

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the “Doza” iOS application, published by Infini Consulting (trading as “Infini Apps”, RCS Paris 103 122 420, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The service

Doza is a personal tracking tool for GLP-1 treatments: dose logging, an estimated absorption curve, weight and BMI tracking, and dose reminders. All data is stored locally on your device (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Medical disclaimer

Doza is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The displayed curve and levels are mathematical estimates for informational purposes only — they are not measurements of actual drug concentration. Never start, stop, or change the dosage of a treatment without the advice of a qualified healthcare professional. In case of emergency, contact your local emergency services.

4. License

Use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA). The app and all of its content (design, texts, graphics, code) remain the property of the publisher.

5. Doza Premium subscriptions

• Doza offers auto-renewable subscriptions (“Doza Premium”): an annual plan and a monthly plan. The exact price is displayed in the app and in the App Store before any purchase.
• Where available, new users get a 14-day free trial with full access on the annual plan.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial unless cancelled beforehand.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
• Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (doses, dates, weight);
• The app is intended for people aged 16 or over;
• You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to circumvent its technical protections.

7. Availability and warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it accurate and reliable, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the app — in particular any decision of a medical nature, which must always be made with a healthcare professional.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated; the date at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
